Hello, CosCom!

Wanted to share info on two meetups I'm helping organize as part of the Cosmosii team-- one in NYC and another in San Francisco! We'll be checking out some awesome fashion & crafting exhibits at the local museums and talk shop (so no need to come fully dressed). Camaraderie and cosplay talk, what's better than that?

If you haven't seen our info or previous posts here on CosCom, Cosmosii provides digital tools to enable costume creators to transform their creative passions into a thriving business. If you're a commissioner looking to start selling or expand your clientele, we're looking for new Makers! Additionally, if you're a cosplayer looking to get a full costume made or a cool piece to augment your own work, or you just need someone to laser cut/3D print/embroider something that won't fit on your own machine, our Makers can help! SAN FRANCISCO: We'll be checking out the Guo Pei exhibit this Saturday, Sept 17th, in San Francisco! We'll reimburse you $10 for your ticket if you come and talk shop with us (and check out the amazing designs/embroidery of this iconic designer!).

NYC: We'll be scoping out the exhibits at the Fashion Institute of Technology's Museum next Wednesday, Sept 21st! Admission is free, masks required-- come and talk shop with us (and check out some amazing designs!).
