Can't access my friend's profile

I know my friend's username but even though I found their photo post on cosplay.com, I can't click on their username to get to their profile. Moreover if she wants to get her account back, what should she do?

Can you past the URL to the photo?
As for issues with her account, she can email support @ cosplay dot com and we can help.
