So the Ellipsis cosplay group and I have an inside joke regarding Shion and the man most interested in her in the series (besides Kevin): Allen.
Every time he wants to get her attention or beg her not to go off and do reckless things, he waves his arms at his sides (like most rpg characters do to symbolize they're talking) and yells , "BUT CHIEF!!!"
So in other words...:
