Kukkii-san I spliced two wigs for this curly beauty: For the top half, I used a thick, 60cm wig, replacing the lower half with a 100cm wig.

I used the left-over wefts to thicken up the wig in the back, curled and braided it, and made the detachable flower accessories to complete the look.
