Eleryth Cal's pantleg mockup after being pleated. We decided to try a pleating method to get the silly little pleats on the bottom half of his leg, and this is the first try with this method. Enjoy the paisley print on the sheeting material I used for mockups (only $1 a meter!).

We decided on a general size for the pleats, and then pleated it with pins only, and then I had him try it on, and we changed the lines of a few pleats at the hip and inside leg. It didn't turn out quite as we expected (it wasn't that even or that nice looking, but it gave the effect we wanted), so with the second leg, I pleated and sewed most of the pleats first, and then had him try it on, and it worked out a lot better.
