Hylian Jean's image
from costume Zora Queen Rutela
Hylian Jean Fixed a few things up in time for PAX this year. I finally purchased an airbrush and gave the top of her head its proper color (coral magenta with a golden glimmer) and color-blended some of my fabric sections together. I also fixed the comfort issues with her head and re-made her eyes, but unfortunately they still fogged up very badly and I was only able to tolerate it for about four hours. Have to find some way to fix that. Still more work to do but she's closer to being finished! Sorry about the flash but I only found a few good pics of her from PAX that year.

  • Limeyaku incredible! for the eyes, I'm thinking they're glued on or attached from the back? maybe just put a little bit of thickness in the top corners where they adhere and not have the top of the eye fully attached along the whole length...that way it would be unnoticeable but still provide an immediate space for more air circulation in the problem areas? 12 years ago
