Ummmm....... if any one has tips on how to cut high density foam smoothly, let me know >_

- Drakkashi Use a dremel on it's highest speed level. It sould cut away the foam that you touch with it, so fast that it won't pull the rest of the structure. That way you can smooth the surface of the foam. 16 years ago
