BlackMarth SO, I guess I should really say that this is sorta not really an original costume. It's based on a character that Yoshitaka Amano created in his new artbook, Mateki, which is based on the Magic Flute, of which Yasha is based on the Queen of the Night (who was turned into a man wtf). Like the rest of his art, character designs are never ever consistent, so I just took the concept of the character, choice drawings from the book, and and ran with it, using his other artwork as inspiration to expand the design to something I hoped would look as if he would have designed it. So hopefully, I was at least partially successful in trying to recreate his artwork.

I also was able to meet him briefly in this costume. I'm sure he thought I was nuts.
