Bahzi Some close-ups of the belts and scabbard, which I feel are the strongest points of this costume. The belts were leather belt blanks from Tandy that I stained, embossed, and studded/riveted/buckled. It took awhile to figure out just how the pieces fit together from the reference images and figurine. It looks better on a real person because the dressform doesn't have legs for the lower slung belt to rest on, but you get the idea. There's a couple of leather snaps that attach to the pants and the back of the belts to help hold everything in place, which work nicely.
