Anime_freak_kai I haven't really posted any major cosplay progress up here...so I figured I might as well throw this pic up for those who don't follow my progress page. :>

I apologize for the bad picture...and I don't look too good myself. It's pretty late here.

Anyway! Progress on Shahkulu's pants! Very happy with how they came out and I still have to finish up the ends then add the gold accents. I had to get a bit creative to make those points on the sides, which are supported by heavy interfacing. The fabric used is smoke colored wool felt. It is hot and scratchy but has the perfect texture and stiffness for these pants. They are also unevenly pleated/gathered and has a total of 24 pleats.
You can also see the progress on the belt buckle. I still have to finish engraving then it'll be ready for painting! The buckle is made from wonderflex, clay, craft foam, and wire. With rivets and gems making some of the details.
Lastly don't mind the flaps, they were kinda just thrown on to help add to the picture.
