ashe2kawaii So hahaha i should have upoaded this first, but eh. This was the skirt laid out before i sewn it all together. First i hemmed my purple fabric, and then before i pleated it the way i did, i then sewed the netting to the skirt. This way it was easier for my to manage and pleat.
