Full body shot of my Bubblehead nurse (Silent Hill) costume. Made the dress and distressed it with fabric paint, tissue paper, and decoration spider webs. The hat was a kids 'foamie nurse hat' from joanns, distressed the same way as the dress.
The dress is based more on the film variation than the games.
