Lucifer Photos of my finished Mello costume from Deathnote (ch.77 ). The vest was quilted by me, in order to get the right pattern. The jacket was also made by myself, full lined, with extra pockets for my stuff (and candy). Even in the heat it wasn't so bad wearing it either.

Makeup was done by my friend, and we used spirt gum, toilet paper, and heavy foundation. Very interesting to wear, but heck..looked great in photos!

This costume ended up winning best of show at Jacon 2006, much to my complete shock.
