No makeup here.
The wig still needs to be cut and styled (used a Claudia wig from Arda in color Royal Blue: http://arda-wigs.com/collections/royal-blue-008/products/claudia ).
The cape could still use some work if I ever get around to it and find a good lining fabric. More details on what still needs to be done on the costume's description.
