O.k I wanted to try this tutorial out since I am a new to armor making. I had fun with this since I had plenty of time. I got 2 huge rolls of 36 X60 "foamies" from Joanns in white since they only had 3 colors avalible which were Red, Black and white. I wanted gold so I went and got Gold "Rub and Buff" any shade would do but the "Gold Leaf" is what I used to make this. Following the foam armor tutorail down to a "T" it came out great. For now I want to go a step higher and try the advance armor makeing but for now I have to test this baby out. I used a simpilcity patten for the design which maked cutting easy and fun. Plus it even has the swirl desing on the pattern so I did'nt have to draw them by hand. God bless 3D Fabric paint. The belt is a bit crooked on the dress form but once I get my costume I can straigned it out. I used an old fashion belt chain and painted it gold using "Decoart's Gold Mettallic finish" in shich I also used to paint the back parts of my armor.
