BaraChan Rei Woot! Mermaid!
I'm pretty sure the lens of the camera got some moisture on it or something because it never takes blurry pics like this, I like how it turned out though! lol
At long last my childhood wish of making a mermaid costume has come true, it was probably one of the most involved projects I've ever done, the scales were a pain in the butt but one you get a rhythm going it's not so so bad. :D
