Rain_cloud this was done for Comiworld last weekend.
its somewhat ghetto (top is actually recycled from my CCS uniform)and a few things were only added at the very last minute.XD

i tried making the horse hoof thingy that hotaru whacks people with but i failed. so i just used a screwdriver as my prop.
