Sands's image
Sands Prosthetic piece I made for my buddy Lex for her D costume.

The piece was sculpted in soft chavant, molded with platsil 7315, then cast in silskin with 30% deadner that was encapsulated with cap plastic.
Applied with prosaide, painted with skin illustrator.

The real piece will be much paler as Lex's skin will be almost white to suit D's complexion, I just wanted to see if I could match it to skin tone.
It moves beautifully with the hand, moves completely naturally is if it was actually the skins folds. Super durable for performance as well.

An all round success!

  • NiGHTmaren Nice! I'm so impressed with how natural that looks. This is one piece I still have yet to make for my boyfriend's D, now I may have some idea to actually get it to work. :) 12 years ago
