- ungodubiquitous Thank you! I've tried making it out of quite a few different things, this version that I'm finally happy with is craft foam! I took a base strip to go around my neck, painted it black, cut out smaller strips of craft foam, painted them gold, and then glued them down onto the larger piece. The jewel was taken off some costume jewelry I bought on ebay, and it just connects in the back with velcro~ 8 years ago
