I was quite proud of this first piece I finished. The legs/boots of this character are one of the hardest parts to pull off.
- Kayami NeinTo Holy hell. How you managed to walk around in the killer heels is a miracle in itself. I would've toppled over and died. Amazing. I'm planning to make armor as well, and your method seems fantastic. Would you recomend this for a simple chest plate and skirt armor? Or should I just try the craft foam method? - smtemp I made a mold over my own foot wearing a stiletto high heel. The only things on that boot that I didn't make are the zipper and the high heel *which I also altered with the model magic* :D I'm glad you like it! I've been trying for so long to find something that would work XD and this is it! The boot is separate from the heel. 16 years ago
- sonoda_otaku This is somthing that we have been looking to do for a very long time, and I will have to say that your system by far seems to have been the best. It looks even better than the expensive set that the Japanese made in the late 80's out of fiberglass. What is the boot type that you built it on? It appears to be a standard high heel platform with a zipper, is that correct? 16 years ago
- smtemp :D the whole costume turned out to be pretty comfortable. Just the actual shoes themselves were slightly uncomfortable, as most high heels tend to get XD 17 years ago
