AnimefestChii It's odd posting progress photos after I've completed the costume but I really liked this one ^^;

All of the props/accessories for this costume are made out of craft foam. I cut my pattern, heat manipulated them to the shape I wanted, glued them together, glued fabric on the back for support, painted on a "primer" mixture in several coats and spray painted them gold.

This photo shows before and after I went back with darker paint to detail them, which I think makes all the difference. I'm really excited with how they came out :D
