Ok....I wasn't really planning on it, it's just happening. I wanted to do this so bad before I cut my hair next year! I thought her skirt would be impossible to find but then, I found it! Holy crap, there is hope!

So I have the skirt...and her hair. Yep. Let's see how far I get

Update July 11 09- my thigh high stockings came in today and their perfect for Rise!! I only have the top left to make and I'm done with this outfit. I'm getting pretty excited guys!
