Description
This watery gown was made by TheRestless! We draped the light blue spandex with the matte side up to create the pattern. TheRestless hand attached hundreds of crystals to mimic the look of water droplets! We may add more because....sparkles!The wig was styled by me with lots of Got2b Glued, heat treatment, and teasing. Took 30 minutes after testing techniques!
