JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
DescriptionI wrote more detailed description of Josuke main costume making there: http://www.cosplay.com/costume/501082/
Here I'm just going to leave some memorable moments considering its "rich" version - from Manga cover vol. 36.
Craft of the badges that our Morioh schoolboys wear on their uniforms and also some accessories was probably the most interestind part of this making. My golden-handed Kaiten made all the details by hand and we painted them together. And adding half-beads and rhinestones was absolutely joyful.
But styling of wigs was no doubt the most difficult part of this making. Unfortunatelly we were out of time before cosplay convention we were going to perform at so we made both Josuke and Okuyasu wigs last night before our defile. I can't express how nervous and exausting this process was! And though we managed to complete our work we decided to remake the wigs so they looked even closer to original. I'm glad a couple of weeks later Kaiten made the second version of Josuke wig.
In November Brokuyasu and I performed at Surcon, new cosplay convention in Penza. It was really significant for us to show our first JJBA cosplay on stage. I'm truly happy that audience and jury liked our defile and even decided that it deserved an award.
