I admire Serah for many things - her demure spirit, independence, her innocence and sweetness. She and I also share an interest in history. When I learned that Serah will be a playable character in FFXIII-2, I set aside my other cosplays, to work on her original outfit.
I debuted this costume at EXPcon 2011. I was so upset halfway to Florida when I realized that I had left all of Serah's jewelry behind. I bought a few gems at a Michael's to make a passing bracelet and hairband for this event. Some parts were constructed in the car and hotel, so I'm hoping to remake certain parts. I was just so darn happy to wear something after a 2 year hiatus.
