I only had about a month's notice to get this planned, made and ready for travel in time for BlizzCon 2012

Due to time constraints and looming travel costs, the armor was all made from craft foam and expanding foam. The jewels were all hand formed, molded and cast in resin with embedded LEDS. There are 25 glowing gems total. The hooves were built from scratch after researching other user's tutorials with a few added tweaks of my own. The body paint is a hand mixed color and applied with makeup sponges. The teeth are custom fit vampire fangs courtesy of my dentist friend. The contacts are "white out" but I wasn't always able to wear them.

I was up days before my flight trying to finish my glowing axe weapon. Practically feverish from crafting, I didn't plan how exactly a giant scary axe was going to get past airport security. It was a hilarious scenario ending in a bargain; If I could find a box to fit it in before my flight, they would check it for free. Sadly, I couldn't find the box and my axe never made it into any photos.
