Originally spotted Neku in an ad grouped with Kingdom Hearts 2 back in mid 2006. Since then I waited and highly anticipated the release of whatever this game would be.
When it was finally released as The World Ends With You I decided to jump the gun a bit on doing the costume since like other Square-Enix games it would probably become extremely popular. After cosplaying Roxas I wanted to avoid being one of a bunch doing the same character. ACEN was probably the perfect con possible to make it for and I already had most of the materials leftover to make it.
