Yeah... This costume took forever! Essentially I made it to go with my Tsubaki Chan for the WCS Sydney prelims. We spent forever on our costumes! T_T

Was so worth it though! We ended up coming first for our round and now we're making our finals cosplays. D Gray Man has ALWAYS been a series I wanted to cosplay, so I was ecstatic when Tsubaki said we should do it for WCS. X3

We FINALLY got these costumes done after slaving over them for four months. Four months filled with sleepless nights, countless drama episodes, my partner going to Japan and even me getting really sick. XD

It was also my first time wearing contacts, so that was pretty... weird. XD MAJOR DRAMA! XD

And if anyone's interested, we used pleather for out coats, the buttons are sculpty, the crests are thin foam with 3 layers and engravings, and the arms are made out of camping foam. That's right, camping foam. XD

PS, we also had a timcanpi that was on a harness under my coat that could fly around behind me when I walked.
