God, I can't even begin to describe how in love with Dahlia I am. When I first saw her character art, I thought "wow, that would be a cute dress to make and just have to wear around." Then I played the game, fell head-over-heels for the two-faced bitch, and knew I had to do the costume. Because I wanted it to look nice and be able to wear it around, the dress is linen with a muslin lining, and I actually went back to rip out stitches instead of my usual cover-ups. (which meant I had to rip about a total of 9 yards of thread at one point in time; an entire day wasted ;_;)

But I'm incredibly happy with the result of the dress. I still have some work to do with the trim, both for the umbrella and for the dress, but that'll be fixed before Fanime.
