Tifa is one of my favorite characters and this is one of the least cosplayed outfits. I just had to make it!

Fabric used is knit fabric. Pattern I used was actually a reproduction 60's bodice from Burda. Added a ziptie right above the triangle so it could hold its shape. I wore beige leggings underneath (for warmth and modesty). I covered the shoes in the knit fabric so it would match the dress. I made the moon earrings and stars (on the chain) with glow-in-the-dark clay.
