Utena is my favourite anime and although she's not my favourite character for some reason I had a strong urge to cosplay her.

My favourite part of this costume is the broach. As it had to match my Rosebride's we found earrings for the top circle and then put in a green stone, later we found triangles to place under these modified broached (these too were once earrings) and finally the cap for our cord came from a key chain. By the end of it Value Village was our best friend.
