This is for my friend. Since I was being Ariel, I thought it would be perfect for her to be her best friend, Flounder. The planning process took about two weeks (many versions were created until the perfect one was chosen).

The dress was bought and the blue straps were sewn on. Spots were painted on the dress. Blue tights were put underneath, as well as a yellow shirt because it was cold. Everything was bought.
