Megumi Shimizu [red bodice]

Description

THOUGHTS:
-Shiki is one of my favorite horror anime. Megumi is portrayed as a villainess, but I found her fate incredibly tragic. I absolutely loved cosplaying her, and plan on making more of her outfits in the future.

CONSTRUCTION:
-Hair bows were made out of black fabric with white satin ribbon sewn on and attached to hair clips.

-Choker was made out of black satin with rhinestones sewn on.

-Armwarmers were made out of black stretch knit.

-Bracelet was made out of white spandex with more rhinestones sewn on.

-Bodice was made out of red cotton with satin ribbon details and hand-made pleated ribbon trim.

-Skirt was made of gathered black fabric with an elastic waistband.

-Wig was from Purple Plum

-Fangs were from Scarecrow.

-Stockings, bra, belt, and shoes purchased. I went with red shoes instead of white because of personal preference.
