Who doesn't love Gravity Falls? And who doesn't especially love Mabel?

I made this costume for Halloween of 2013 but ended up not wearing it. The party I intended to wear it to ended up being not much of a costume party, so I opted out of wearing Mabel because I didn't want to be the only one in costume. Meh.

I knitted the sweater with some awesome sparkly yarn and made the appliques with felt, paint, and GLITTER. The skirt and headband were made with fabric from a T-shirt. The earrings are yellow craft foam with earring hooks glued to the back and glitter glued to the front. The wig is Arda's Luthien in Spanish Brown.

For the shoot, we ventured around Clifty Falls State Park in Madison, IN. It's BEAUTIFUL there. We'll definitely be returning for more shoots in the future!
