Sorceress Edea is one of my dream cosplays...I remember my first Anime Expo; I was only 11 years old, dressed up as Haku from Naruto, and I saw an Edea cosplayer taking photos outside. I had no idea what the costume was, but I knew that, someday, I wanted to be her.

I have since played Final Fantasy VIII, and discovered who the cosplayer was (PixieKitty I believe...), but I still want to be Edea.

So (6 1/2 years later) I whipped out some Paperclay, feathers, and wooden dowels and got to work! =D
Okay, so it wasn't quite as easy as I made it sound just then, but you get the idea. XP

In actuality, this costume was kinda a complete disaster...things weren't gluing, half of it was done last-minute...everything broke. Seriously. =( It actually makes me pretty sad that it's not nearly as good as I'd dreamed.

Also, I apologize for my nasty red shoes. I know I should't have worn them, but my feet were killing me and I literally could not survive another day in shoes that would've been more fitting, but black. Sooooo, sorry. Heh.
