Since Anime Conji has now come to a close, share your fun experiences!

I only went for the last day (today), and it was my first Conji. It was a lot of fun! There was perfect scenary for cosplay pictures! I went with my brother, who I used as my photographer. We had fun seeing the cosplayers, and I bought 2 keychains and 1 commision from the Artist Alley. We also went to watch the winning videos for the AMV Contest. We're thinking of entering it next year, it was fun to watch! I cosplayed as Hajime from Hamatora, and got recognized five times. I was actually thinking no one would recognize me, since the anime's first season just ended. Also, I had the guts to sing at the Open Mic Karaoke. I sang "Vanity" by Yuki Kajiura. I was sooooooooo nervous! Time flew fast, but it was fun! Got some great pictures, got a few cool stuff, overall it was fun!

So tell about your Anime Conji experience's highlights ^.^

I only went today as well, and I had a lot of fun! There wasnt really much to do but thats understandable since its the last day but I really liked the cosplay sets ~ It made for interesting pictures with me and my friends LOL
I'm really happy I had a few people recognize my cosplay ~ I was Schneewittchen from Sound Horizon, and had plenty of people call me Alice ... but I really appreciate them acknowledging me either way ; v;

I went two days, Saturday and Sunday (most of my friends went Sat so I was mostly by myself here and there for Sunday). It was such a blast! I didn't do much at all for events, but the people there were fantastic. There were a lot more cosplays than I was expecting and some awesome groups. Probably the best part of it was getting pictures taken with lots of great people, meeting, and talking with them. I got to add some of them to Facebook as well and I'm really happy I got to make more cosplayer friends closer to my area ahhhh so happehhh TvT

^ Hey, I think I remember seeing you in your Kirito cosplay today! I remember wanting a picture, but can't remember why I didn't ask! It was either 'cause I was at karaoke, or my brother was in the bathroom (he has the camera) XD

It was fun! c: Was there Saturday as Sakura from Tsubasa Chronicles and Sunday in something casual. It was much better than last year and everyone that I spoke to was really friendly! It was a nice relaxing con. Hope to meet more people again in the future. c:

Oh that must've been someone else actually, I cosplayed Raishin today and Kirito only on Saturday xDD darn. Were you the female Kirito with two swords with a Gaara? I was the guy in a vest with some straps here and there and a brown sash with a gold ring to the side. If that was you, I snapped your picture!

^ Ah no, my female Kirito isn't done yet, I was Hajime that day. I am hoping to have her done for AX, though~

Just curious, did anyone find out why there were six police units that showed up Sunday morning? Staff were very tight-lipped about what happened.

I'm curious to know too. It must have been bad if it required 6 squad cars to show up.

I had a blast this year. Turnout was great! I attended last year and was really disappointed. Last year the turnout was small when I showed up and I couldn't locate anything. There were no signs or guide books available. It was probably due to weather, since last year it seemed like rain was coming. Really wish I knew I was going in advance, so I could have planned out some photo shoots. Instead, I just had to flag down cosplayers in the hall and ask for photos and I did not get any private shoots in this convention. Hopefully next year.

I remember you! My friends were the female Kirito and Garra. Can you please send me the picture? They want to see it. (:

I had fun. It was smaller than the cons I have been to before, but I thought as much because of the location. I still love seeing people dressed up, though! I only went on Saturday, which is a shame, because my sister wanted to see Vic.

I kept leaving my glasses on for pictures, so I felt bad about that. XD

This was my first time to Anime Conji. I've only been to Anime Expo thus far so it was different seeing a much smaller scale con * ^ *. I was only able to go there on Sunday but I enjoyed myself either way :). I wish I would have been able to go on Saturday though....

I didn't really get to talk to people or make new cos friends in the area though ; ^ ;....I just followed my friend around everywhere hahaha. I was dressed up as Rin Kagamine (Love is War Version) with a Len if anybody saw me on Sunday teehee.

Good to know that the impressions are positive overall. I was worried that Wondercon Anaheim might have a negative effect on attendance. Thankfully it was not the case :)

I am hoping they are on different weekends since this is the FIRST YEAR I haven't attended the convention since it started.
