Anyone out there going to cosplay Spider Gwen? I know I am! I am head over heels in love with the design of her outfit!
here it is in case you haven't seen it. now this is the first comic book character I am going to make, I wonder, how do people that do Spider Man do the web design on his outfit? since Gwen's has the same motif just in purple/teal. Any tips would be much appreciated! or any older threads I cold be directed to in regards to the webs design! thanks! let's discuss!

Hi there! I just finished my Spider-Gwen for Wondercon. There were lots of lovely Gwens there who all did their suits in different ways. There are lots of great pictures to show all the Gwens at a meet-up.

For my own amusement, I've also been compiling a resource list of all the tutorials, concept art, and step by step pictures I can get my hands on at my blog on tumblr.

Best of luck, Gwen is a delight to cosplay!

I'm hoping to cosplay her for a con this fall! But I'll probably end up getting the suit from Zentai-Zentai if they can make certain modifications to it :)

I am! Wearing her suit to either Comic Con or Comikaze. Love the design of her costume!

I'm making one for NYCC this year, but I'm a little torn as to how to do the shoes. The notes do say that the blue bits look like chucks, but to me they're too big and chunking-looking to be like a Chuck Taylor sole.

As for the webs, I wonder if it would be possible to use a stencil and spray paint for something like that? I'll probably end up using a metallic spandex for the pink anyway, and I've had good luck with spray paints on metallic spandex when I've needed texture/patterns.
