I am wanting to do a female version of the Hobo Clown but need a little help on figuring out how to alter the costume to be a little more feminine. I have a shirt, tie, pants and shoes to wear but I would like some possible tips and advice if anyone has any it would be greatly appreciated! ^_^

I would try to tailor the clothing to emphasize your waist (and possibly bust if you feel comfortable doing so). Take in the shirt a little at the waist. Make sure the trousers fit nicely and aren't too baggy. For makeup, you can keep it much the same, but add a little lipstick and mascara/eyeshadow, which will give you a more typically feminine look.

Hope this way helpful
