Ok, first off HI GUYS! this is my first cosplay post. Okay so I am making a River Song Journal. So far I have bought the small hardcover sketchbook I am using, tea stained the pages, sanded down the cover because it was rigged and shiny, then I have gessoed it to give me a tooth for the rest of the process. My plan is to use illustration board to add the pattern on the cover and spine. The thing is I want to have a smooth almost rounded shape to the ridges and such. I have heard of people using worbla to cover the pattern of different things and pressing it into the ridges and divets so everything is smooth and uniform. Would you suggest that or should I do something else? Any technique ideas are appreciated!!!:o
