I'm not sure if this is in the right place...

But anyway, I won tickets to a horror convention in a contest. I wanted to do sort of a generically scary costume, and I figured I would mainly rely on the FX makeup -- black eye, missing eye, mouth sewn shut, reattached limb, etc. I'm really drawing ablank on what to actually wear for this costume though -- wig included. I was thinking of roughing up my Winter Soldier wig a little more and wearing that, but clothes-wise, I have NO idea. I have a "bloody" t-shirt that my friend made me when we went to see Warm Bodies, but I feel like that might be cliche?

I don't know. Any suggestions or ideas? Hair ideas or clothes...

Well, what are your favorite horror movies? If you pick a starting point you can direct your outfit into that universe-- e.g. zombie from 28 Days Later, vampire from 30 Days of Night, etc. Not a direct cosplay of a specific character, but an ensemble as if you were in the background of that world. That's where I would start. It makes it easier to come up with a coherent costume when you have an idea about what life your character is living--versus a random amalgamation of stuff "just cuz".

Hallo, maybe you can try Open Heart Surgeon Costume, you can see the picture at wallao website. My niece use that at the Halloween and get the best costume. If you need more bigger, you can make it by yourself, it's not too hard i think. it's simple white apron and what you need it's heart effect and good softlens, that's the most important!!
happy trying!
