I'm looking for a decent wig and costume for Stocking from Panty and Stocking. I'm kind of torn between Hello Cosplay or something similar, or if I should just search eBay. Any suggestions?

My suggestions:

Most of the people I know who have used Cosplay FU have had really good experiences with them as far as price and quality goes. I've never used them personally, but most of my friends who have are pretty satisfied with them. If you read some of the testimonials on this website for different sites where you can buy cosplays, it might help you decide. You can find this under Commisioner Review.

Or, if you're looking to commission someone for the costume, I recommend Cassandra Shadle's CosplayCloset shop at etsy.com. She made my Belarus cosplay and does AMAZING work at a rock-bottom price. Just be sure to give her about three months before your con to work on your cosplay. As for the wig, if you're lucky enough to live near a costume shop, a lot of times, they do have really great options and can sometimes even dye the wig in the colors you'd like for you.
