Hi~ Not very sure if people know that Megacon is not going to be at the West Concourse it's going to be across the street in the North and South Concourse. So I went out of my way to the convention center to take pictures of the area.
I mainly did this for Florida photogs group but it seems like people won't even know where they would do meet ups too if they don't know the area as well.
So I'm making this public to the con goers

I don't expect to be credited for these photos but it will be nice if you did~ Thanks :D

Aww mann I wish I saw this before I booked my room as well.

Well Anywho, thanks for the information. That's really good to know. When I first went to Megacon that's where they had it at.

How far is the pond from here?

#8 `viet on 6 years ago

@KenAD: I'm not very sure how far (since I had to leave) but I did find the bridge that connected to the West Concourse from the South Concourse. I would say give at least 5-10 minutes (depending where you will be at in the convention area)
All my photographer friends (including myself) are all heading to the pond lol.

what the building looks like and where the bridge is located

Looking at Google Maps satellite view, it looks like there are some other water features just north of the North building, between the buildings and Universal Drive. That's likely where they'll be parking us anyway.

Same here, six minutes to about a mile (approx 22-30 minutes according to google).
