I am thinking of proposing to my gf at this con, but the only thing that I am having trouble with is finding a good place to propose to her. I knew her for 6 months and I instantly fell in love with her, so i want the moment and place to be memorable. I never been to expo so I'm seeking possible suggestions
thanks~

The area has a lot of memorable vistas, but there's a lot of heavy foot traffic at the Anime Expo.

If I can make a suggestion, there's a hotel nearby I should be staying at, the J.W. Marriott. Their pool deck is on the 4th floor and it overlooks L.A. Live Plaza.

If I get rooms, I can let you in there for an afternoon/sunset proposal with the lights of L.A. Live nearby.

No problem. Send me a PM a little closer to the convention and we can try to work out some details.

Keep in mind that the pool is a key-locked enclosure, so for a proposal, you'll need to keep it tight. You, me, your fiance, and maybe someone to take a video for you unless you want me to do it.

After that, we can pick a date and we'll figure out timing since I'll have some responsibilities I can't skip, but if we can do it closer to the afternoon sun/sundown, it should be an good view. That, or at night with L.A. Live hopping and the light of the Convention Center in the distance.

Your call. =)

Sounds interesting.

In the end, you have to live with her, not with the rest of us. =) Do what you think works best, man.

1. His fiancee had decided that they are going to Colossalcon, instead of AX.

2. The Masquerade staff does not want the contestants from having marriage proposals onstage.
