I was just wondering what you guys would recommend for exercise in my situation.

I have hyperpronation in my feet so standing/walking for periods of time frequently causes arch/ankle/back pain. When I was really adamant on getting into exercising, I went out and did some interval jogging for 30 minutes and for the next five days, a new part of my feet/legs severely hurt each day. I know no pain, no gain and all, but it's really discouraging when I'd have pain that long.

Any advice on exercises to help with cardio as well as build stamina and endurance?

Biking? Swimming?

I didn't think of biking. I'll try that since I'm too insecure to swim. Thanks!

Good luck! Also, "no pain no gain" is pretty much exclusively about short-term muscle soreness--growing muscle requires making minor damage to the muscle that's already there, and while it's healing it hurts. Other pain? A sign you gotta slow down, stop, and/or examine your routine. This goes double for anyone with a medical condition that affects movement, like yours.

"No pain no gain" officially does not apply to you.
