Can you deepen a neckline on a Underworks binder??

So basically, I use the Underworks Ultimate Chest Binder. For me it works really well, but recently I've become quite annoyed with how high up the neckline is. Most cosplays I wanna do usually have the first (or even also second) shirt button undone, or zippers a bit pulled down... And I cant do that because then the binder will show. Quite a bit.

So is it possible to change the neckline of Underworks binders, like deepening it by an inch or so, keeping the round neckline or changing it to a v-line, without destroying the binding effect?

(I've seen posts about people cutting the bottom and other stuff, but nothing about necklines)
