Hi there. I'm brand new to this forum and still figuring out where to go about asking for advice on cosplays. I'm currently planning to cosplay Singed at this year's Kumoricon and need some help figuring out the best way to do certain things. I have a good idea on what I'm going to be doing for the shield, shoulder pads, and outfit. That being foam board and cloth stips+underfabric, but my main stumbling block is his large container of poison I have a few ideas but I would really appreciate some input from more experienced people. Many thanks :)

Here's a link for reffrence:

First of all, that is ridiculously awesome. And his Singed costume is on point.

But! As for the large container, while looking at it the first thing I thought of was a tutorial I found forever ago for Gaara's (Naruto) gourd.

(did a quick search, it's right here )

Obviously you would have to reshape it but the basic concept is the same.
