The armor is made of EVA foam, the flight suite is custom made. The design itself is mixture of the version from the Mandalorian Season 2 and the Book of Boba Fett - you can tell by the belt and the waist cape.

My first pass at Charlie was SO much fun to construct and even more fun to run around in. I have sensitive skin and eyes, so contacts and body paint aren't in my future, but I'm perfectly happy with Photoshopping my eyes!
I used Yaya Han Cosplay fabrics for the dress, gloves, and underskirt layer. The wig is an Arda-Wigs Venus in Ash Blonde with Maroon wefts for the underbang!
