I know if I get the captain's robe done I'm going as SoiFong. I have the hakama, the haulter, the yellow obi and the white obi done. Oh, an the sleeve's to the captain's robe is done to. Still working on the wig, tho, its an pain the @$$. An I started this when Friday, I've been an busy little bee.

But, it depends on what you feel like wearing Saturday or you can do this. Lay out which ones you think you may want to wear, look at them and the one that draws your eyes the most is the one you will wear. I do this most of the time, funny, huh? But, either way, whatever you choose to wear is ok, as long it doesn't overly show alot of skin, being its in an park near alot of traffic.

Hey All. I might go and might not. Cuz its the day after me graduating. But if I do...I will be coming as Kabuto or Anko.

Sorry Kurai, but I think I'm going to come as Sasuke(with sharingan and curse seal yay!) because I don't want to get any of my other costumes dirty or broken. ^^

I wanted to make a quick reply to my post about foam earlier in this thread. Marty's Hobbies on Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks carries a number of items for prop making, including rigid foam, foam cutting tools, balsa wood, ect..

I've known about the place since I've been in the area, but didn't think to look there for foam. Turns out RC Airplane enthusists use the stuff to make planes.

(The soft foam in fabric stores is great for padding, but not really rigid enough for sword like props.)

I don't think so. I'm still scrambling to complete my latest costume as well as some AMV stuff. My free time is pretty much sewn up until after AX.
