Me and Mega♥Busted are planning to do the Midnight Gathering outside the Karaoke Room featuring karaoke from Persona, and we'll be taking photos too! This portion of the gathering is unofficial though, but we'll try to remind you at the daytime gathering.

Now that we're a bit closer to January, let's discuss when to hold this gathering. We had it last year Friday evening in the lobby. Do you want to do the same this year or do we want to move it outside, maybe get one of those lucrative Saturday afternoon spots?

I'd like to do this at a better location in terms of lighting. I'm really sorry to say this Matt, but that location from last year was terrible for photos. I'd prefer to meet in the afternoon on the pooldeck, especially since we now have another game added to the SMT ranks and a whole lot more cosplayers to expect as a result.
